The posting

Voor een bekende Belgische speler met internationale vertakkingen (400fte, arbeiders en bedienden) zijn we op zoek naar een ervaren Freelance HR Business Partner. In deze rol rapporteer je rechtstreeks aan de regionale HR Manager en fungeer je als een belangrijke HR-sparringpartner voor medewerkers, leidinggevenden en verschillende stakeholders binnen de organisatie.

Jouw taken:

  • Fungeren als HR-sparringpartner voor medewerkers en leidinggevenden bij uiteenlopende HR-vraagstukken.
  • Coördineren en opvolgen van de volledige employee lifecycle van onboarding tot offboarding.
  • Opbouwen van sterke relaties met verschillende stakeholders en zorgen voor een constructieve samenwerking met diverse teams en departementen.
  • Organiseren en faciliteren van team dynamics workshops in het kader van wellbeing- en people initiatieven.
  • Ondersteunen van het Talent Acquisition team door de opvolging tussen TA en de business te coördineren, prioriteiten en budgetten te bewaken en line managers te ondersteunen bij eerste sollicitatiegesprekken.
  • Actief bijdragen aan diverse HR-projecten binnen verschillende departementen waaronder herstructureringstrajecten, evaluatie functiebeschrijvingen, functiewegingen, loopbaangesprekken, initiatieven rond people development, eindejaarsevaluaties etc….
  • Optimaliseren en verder professionaliseren van HR-processen met het oog op efficiëntie, consistentie en een kwalitatieve employee experience.

Jouw profiel:

  • Aantoonbare ervaring als HR BP met ervaring in het ondersteunen van zowel arbeiders als bedienden.
  • Ervaring binnen een industriële en/of engineeringomgeving is een plus.
  • Goede kennis van de sociale wetgeving.
  • Empathisch, communicatief sterk met een sterk gevoel voor business en stakeholdermanagement.
  • In staat om zelfstandig te werken, prioriteiten te stellen en vlot te schakelen tussen operationele HR-vraagstukken en bredere HR-projecten.
  • Nederlands en Engels. Kennis van Frans is een plus.
