Jobomschrijving

Voor een van onze klanten regio Kortrijk, zijn wij op zoek naar een freelance HR Business Partner.

Het betreft een langdurige opdracht van één jaar met opstart begin januari 2027. Deze opdracht is uit te voeren op voltijdse of 4/5de basis.

Je zal instaan voor onderstaande taken:

  • Je werkt samen met het management aan een sterk HR-beleid dat de bedrijfsdoelstellingen ondersteunt.
  • Je ondersteunt leidinggevenden bij vragen rond medewerkers, prestaties en personeelsplanning.
  • Je helpt mee om talent aan te trekken, te ontwikkelen en te behouden.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat de HR-processen voldoen aan de sociale wetgeving.
  • Je gebruikt HR-cijfers en inzichten om processen verder te verbeteren.
  • Je begeleidt veranderingen en nieuwe HR-projecten binnen de organisatie.
  • Je bent een aanspreekpunt en sparringpartner voor leidinggevenden en collega's.
  • Je draagt bij aan een positieve en motiverende werkomgeving.

Jouw achtergrond houdt onder andere in dat:

  • Je hebt een bachelor- of masterdiploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Je kan minstens 5 jaar HR-ervaring voorleggen, bij voorkeur binnen een internationale context.
  • Je hebt een een zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands en Engels.
  • Programma’s zoals Microsoft Word en Excel, kennen geen geheimen meer voor jou.

  • Je bent communicatief sterk en bouwt makkelijk relaties op.
  • Je bent hands-on, oplossingsgericht en organisatorisch sterk.
  • Je bent een coachende sparringpartner die graag meedenkt met de business.
