The posting

Bouw mee aan de Flexorius Freelance Pool en word onze HR-expert wanneer onze klanten extra ondersteuning nodig hebben.

Flexorius groeit en krijgt steeds vaker vragen van organisaties die tijdelijk of projectmatig extra HR-ondersteuning nodig hebben.

Soms gaat het om een tijdelijke vervanging wegens ziekte of afwezigheid. Soms om een tijdelijke verhoging van de HR-workload. Andere opdrachten zijn dan weer specifieke projecten rond payroll, HR-administratie, recruitment, HR-processen of algemene HR-consultancy.

Om snel te kunnen schakelen, zijn we daarom op zoek naar freelance HR-professionals over heel België die we kunnen inschakelen wanneer een passende opdracht zich aandient.

Je wordt geen werknemer van Flexorius. We bouwen een netwerk uit van zelfstandige HR-professionals met wie we kunnen samenwerken wanneer hun expertise en beschikbaarheid aansluiten bij een concrete klantopdracht.

Wanneer wij een opdracht ontvangen die we niet zelf met onze consultants kunnen invullen, bekijken we eerst binnen onze freelance pool wie beschikbaar is en over de juiste ervaring beschikt.

Je behoudt daarbij uiteraard je zelfstandige activiteit en bepaalt zelf welke opdrachten je al dan niet aanneemt.

We zijn geïnteresseerd in verschillende HR-profielen en ervaringsniveaus, onder andere:
