Jobomschrijving

Voor een organisatie in West- Vlaanderen , zoeken we een freelance HR Generalist voor een fulltime opdracht van zes maanden.

We verwachten een opstart zo snel mogelijk en fysieke aanwezigheid op de werkvloer.

Je brengt brede, praktische HR-ervaring mee en kunt snel zelfstandig uiteenlopende dossiers opnemen. We denken daarbij aan minstens zes à zeven jaar relevante ervaring, waarbij vooral je concrete expertise en aansluiting bij het takenpakket belangrijk zijn.

  • De nadruk ligt op operationele HR-ondersteuning en praktisch advies aan medewerkers en managers.
  • Je behandelt dossiers, onderzoekt vragen en ondersteunt lopende HR-projecten.
  • De rol omvat geen teamleiding; de eindbeslissingen blijven bij de betrokken managers.

TAKENPAKKET

  • Payroll en personeelsadministratie: ondersteunen bij de voorbereiding, controle en opvolging van payrollgegevens en personeelsdossiers.
  • Budgettering en HR-rapportering: HR-gegevens verzamelen, controleren en analyseren en ondersteunen bij budgetopvolging en rapportering.
  • Rekrutering en selectie: wervingsprocedures ondersteunen en kandidaten en betrokken managers opvolgen.
  • Onboarding en offboarding: de administratieve en praktische stappen bij in- en uitdiensttreding voorbereiden en opvolgen.
  • Sociale wetgeving en adviesverlening: vragen onderzoeken, relevante informatie opzoeken en onderbouwd advies formuleren voor medewerkers en leidinggevenden.
  • HR-projecten: bijdragen aan de uitvoering en opvolging van lopende projecten en bijbehorende acties.
  • Dossieropvolging: informatie samenbrengen, vervolgstappen voorbereiden en managers ondersteunen bij de uitvoering van genomen beslissingen.
  • Je hebt een brede achtergrond als HR Generalist, HR Consultant of operationeel HR Business Partner, met minstens zes à zeven jaar relevante HR-ervaring.
  • Je hebt praktische ervaring in meerdere van de genoemde HR-domeinen en kunt zelfstandig dossiers behandelen. Je achtergrond gaat verder dan uitsluitend rekrutering of één HR-specialisatie.
  • HR-ervaring binnen een technische of industriële organisatie is een grote troef, bijvoorbeeld in elektrotechniek, automatisering, machinebouw of aanverwante activiteiten. Je begrijpt de werkomgeving en de HR-vragen van technische en commerciële teams.
  • Je onderzoekt vragen zelfstandig, analyseert informatie kritisch en vertaalt die naar helder, bruikbaar advies.
  • Je communiceert professioneel met medewerkers en managers en gaat discreet om met vertrouwelijke informatie.
  • Je werkt graag zelf aan de dagelijkse HR-dossiers en kiest bewust voor een uitvoerende en adviserende opdracht. Ook wanneer je eerder een leidinggevende functie vervulde, is vooral je bereidheid om deze operationele rol op te nemen belangrijk.
