USG Professionals zoekt een Freelance HR Project Manager / HR PMO voor een toonaangevende speler binnen de Belgische retailsector.

In deze opdracht ondersteun je de manager bij de coördinatie en opvolging van verschillende HR-projecten. Je brengt structuur in een omgeving waarin meerdere dossiers, stakeholders, scenario's en prioriteiten tegelijk bewegen.

Je bent daarbij niet alleen degene die de planning bewaakt: je denkt mee, analyseert, bereidt beslissingen voor en zorgt ervoor dat gemaakte afspraken ook concreet worden opgevolgd.

  • Periode: fulltime van 28 september 2026 tot en met 28 december 2026
  • Locatie: Brussel

WAT GA JE DOEN?

  • Lopende HR-projecten coördineren: planning opstellen, acties opvolgen, rapporteren en evalueren.
  • De manager ondersteunen bij de organisatie en structurering van meetings, rekening houdend met businessprioriteiten en een logische opeenvolging.
  • Meetings inhoudelijk voorbereiden en nadien zorgen voor een duidelijke report-out, beslissingen en opvolging van acties.
  • Beslissingen, acties en projectstatus overzichtelijk verwerken en actueel houden in Excel en PowerPoint.
  • Regelmatig rapporteren over voortgang, risico's, knelpunten en corrigerende acties.
  • Meewerken aan verschillende scenario's en budgetten en het overzicht bewaren wanneer parameters wijzigen.
  • Scenario's verder uitwerken op basis van cijfermateriaal, eigen analyses en gesprekken met de business.
  • HR-data analyseren, relevante inzichten formuleren en deze vertalen naar concrete aanbevelingen.
  • Samenwerken met verschillende interne stakeholders, waaronder HR Business Partners, Payroll, IT, Interne Communicatie, operationele managers en directors.
  • Workshops, opvolgmeetings en stuurgroepen voorbereiden en faciliteren.
  • Meedenken over de optimalisatie, digitalisering en documentatie van HR-processen.
  • Afstemmen met SAP HR- en Payroll-teams om de coherentie van processen en data te bewaken.
  • Je hebt minstens 5 jaar aantoonbare ervaring in HR-projectmanagement, HR PMO of een vergelijkbare projectrol.
  • Je hebt een duidelijke HR-achtergrond en begrijpt HR-processen voldoende om snel zelfstandig mee te draaien.
  • Ervaring binnen een grote en complexe organisatie is belangrijk; ervaring binnen retail, logistiek of een omgeving met een grote arbeiderspopulatie is een sterke troef.
  • Je bent zeer sterk in Excel en werkt vlot met draaitabellen, complexere formules, analyses en zelf opgebouwde opvolgingsbestanden.
  • Je kunt informatie helder en managementgericht verwerken in PowerPoint.
  • Je hebt minstens een basiskennis van SAP HR en begrijpt de samenhang tussen HR-data en HR-processen.
  • Je bent analytisch sterk: je kunt niet alleen cijfers analyseren, maar ook een complex probleem ontrafelen en tot een duidelijke synthese komen.
  • Je bent administratief en organisatorisch sterk en houdt overzicht over meerdere parallelle projecten, meetings en acties.
  • Je communiceert gestructureerd en proactief met stakeholders op verschillende niveaus.
  • Je neemt ownership, wacht niet af en hebt een uitgesproken can-do mentaliteit.
  • Je bent wendbaar en voelt je comfortabel in een omgeving waarin informatie, prioriteiten of scenario's kunnen veranderen.
  • Je beheerst Nederlands of Frans uitstekend en beschikt over een zeer goede kennis van de tweede landstaal.
