The posting

Voor de Belgische productievestiging (300 fte) van een globale, beursgenoteerde speler zijn we op zoek naar een ervaren Freelance HRIS Project Manager. In deze veelzijdige rol werk je nauw samen met de lokale Plant Director en Europese HR Director en neem je een sleutelrol op in de optimalisatie en verdere professionalisering van HR, payroll en HRIS.

Jouw taken:

  • Analyseren en optimaliseren van de bestaande HR- en payrollprocessen, de HR-organisatie en de interfaces tussen de verschillende HR-systemen, met het oog op een toekomstgerichte en Lean HR-organisatie.
  • Vertalen van de noden van de business en eindgebruikers naar functionele en werkbare oplossingen.
  • Ontwerpen, voorstellen en realiseren van de nieuwe organisatiestructuur en processen, van concept tot implementatie, met impact op zowel de organisatie als het HR-team.
  • Coördineren van de samenwerking tussen HR, IT, HRIS en externe leveranciers en fungeren als centraal aanspreekpunt voor alle betrokken stakeholders.
  • Begeleiden van het change management binnen de lokale teams via heldere communicatie, documentatie, opleidingen en het stimuleren van de adoptie van nieuwe processen en systemen.
  • Management adviseren en challengen op het vlak van organisatieontwerp, herdimensionering, governance, cultuurversterking, verandercommunicatie en implementatie.
  • Operationeel aansturen, begeleiden en coachen van 3 fte: 2 Payroll Officers en 1 Employer Branding Specialist.
  • Fungeren als operationele business partner voor medewerkers, vakbonden en leidinggevenden bij complexe HR-vraagstukken.

Jouw profiel:

  • Ruime ervaring als projectmanager en changemanager binnen HR-, payroll- en HRIS-projecten.
  • Sterke ervaring met procesoptimalisatie binnen HR, waaronder payroll, HRIS-oplossingen, tijdsregistratiesystemen en HR-rapportering.
  • Grondige kennis van de sociale wetgeving.
  • Vlot in Nederlands en Engels.
  • Hands-on, empathisch en gestructureerd en weet stakeholders op verschillende niveaus mee te nemen in verandertrajecten.
  • Strategisch inzicht met een sterke operationele drive en weet complexe vraagstukken te vertalen naar concrete oplossingen.
