Ben jij een verpleegkundige die flexibiliteit combineert met een warm hart voor ouderenzorg? Voor een residentiële zorgorganisatie in de regio Mechelen zijn we op zoek naar een freelance of interim verpleegkundige die tijdelijk het zorgteam komt versterken. Je werkt in een omgeving waar kwaliteit van zorg, respect en menselijkheid centraal staan.

Als verpleegkundige maak je deel uit van een enthousiast zorgteam en ben je mee verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse verpleegkundige zorg aan de bewoners.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Uitvoeren van verpleegkundige handelingen volgens de geldende procedures en richtlijnen.
  • Toedienen van medicatie en opvolgen van behandelingen.
  • Observeren van de gezondheidstoestand van bewoners en rapporteren van wijzigingen.
  • Opstellen en opvolgen van zorgdossiers.
  • Samenwerken met artsen, zorgkundigen, kinesitherapeuten en andere zorgverleners.
  • Ondersteunen van bewoners en hun familie met een empathische en professionele aanpak.
  • Bijdragen aan een veilige en kwalitatieve zorgomgeving.
  • Diploma bachelor verpleegkunde of gegradueerde/HBO5 verpleegkunde.
  • Geldig visum om het beroep van verpleegkundige uit te oefenen.
  • Ervaring binnen ouderenzorg of een woonzorgcentrum is een pluspunt.
  • Zelfstandig statuut (freelance) of beschikbaar voor interim opdrachten.
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel.
  • 80-100% inzetbaarheid is vereist.
  • Flexibel, stressbestendig en teamgericht.
  • Goede kennis van het Nederlands.
