Voor een van onze klanten zijn wij op zoek naar een ervaren Freelance IT Delivery Manager die energie krijgt van het aansturen van IT-delivery, het optimaliseren van processen en het verbinden van technische teams met de business.

Je komt terecht in een internationale technologieomgeving waar je een belangrijke rol speelt in het beheer en de verdere ontwikkeling van bedrijfskritische digitale platformen.

Dit is geen klassieke Project Manager- of Scrum Master-functie. We zoeken een hands-on professional die structuur brengt, prioriteiten bewaakt en ervoor zorgt dat IT-teams efficiënt samenwerken en resultaten opleveren.

Wat ga je doen?

Als IT Delivery Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het coördineren van dagelijkse IT-activiteiten en het bewaken van een voorspelbare en efficiënte oplevering van digitale oplossingen.

Je werkt nauw samen met Solution Owners, Developers, Engineers, Business Analysts en verschillende business stakeholders.

Jouw belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Coördineren van IT-delivery, roadmaps, planningen, prioriteiten en software releases.
  • Bewaken van de voortgang, deadlines, risico's en afhankelijkheden tussen verschillende teams.
  • Coördineren van dagelijkse IT-operations binnen meerdere digitale platformen.
  • Ondersteunen van incident-, problem- en change management.
  • Afstemmen van businessbehoeften met technische teams en beschikbare capaciteit.
  • Ondersteunen van capaciteitsplanning en resource management.
  • Signaleren en oplossen van knelpunten binnen de IT-delivery.
  • Optimaliseren van processen, tools en operationele efficiëntie.
  • Rapporteren over voortgang, risico's en resultaten aan stakeholders.

Wie zoeken wij?

  • Aantoonbare ervaring binnen IT Delivery Management, IT Project Management, Product Operations of IT Service Management.
  • Goede kennis van softwareontwikkelingsprocessen en IT-operations.
  • Ervaring met het coördineren van meerdere IT-projecten, teams en stakeholders.
  • Kennis van Agile-methodieken en deliveryprocessen.
  • Ervaring met capaciteitsplanning, risicobeheer en voortgangsrapportering.
  • Sterke communicatieve en organisatorische vaardigheden.
  • Analytisch, oplossingsgericht en proactief ingesteld.
  • Je brengt structuur zonder onnodige bureaucratie.
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Engels.

Een extra troef:

  • Ervaring met B2C-platformen of digitale producten.
  • Achtergrond in digitale media of abonnementsdiensten.
  • Ervaring met platformmigraties of digitale transformaties.
  • Ervaring binnen internationale en multidisciplinaire IT-teams.
