Voor een toonaangevende speler op het kruispunt van healthcare en software zoekt USG Professionals exclusief een Freelance Legal Counsel ter vervanging tijdens een zwangerschapsverlof.

Heb je aantoonbare ervaring met IT-, SaaS-, cloud- en licentiecontracten? Werk je vlot in het Frans en Engels en neem je graag zowel inhoudelijke onderhandelingen als dagelijkse juridische opvolging zelf op? Dan kan deze opdracht sterk bij je passen.

JOUW OPDRACHT

Je neemt de dagelijkse juridische ondersteuning over en werkt rechtstreeks samen met sales, management en andere interne stakeholders. Je vertaalt juridische risico's naar werkbare oplossingen, onderhandelt pragmatisch en geeft duidelijke grenzen aan wanneer dat nodig is.

Je behandelt onder meer:

  • Het opstellen, beoordelen en onderhandelen van commerciële IT- en softwarecontracten.
  • Softwarelicenties, SaaS-, cloud-, SLA- en dienstenovereenkomsten.
  • Contracten aan zowel klant- als leverancierszijde.
  • Juridische klachten en commerciële geschillen met klanten.
  • Corporate housekeeping en algemene vennootschapsrechtelijke opvolging.
  • Juridische communicatie, contracttemplates en documentopvolging.
  • Dagelijkse juridische vragen van interne stakeholders.
  • Zowel complexere onderhandelingen als kleinere contractreviews en administratieve opvolging.

Voor deze opdracht zoeken we een jurist die twee werelden combineert: technologiecontracten én de gereguleerde zorgsector.

  • Je hebt een juridische achtergrond en kunt de dagelijkse ondersteuning vanaf de start zelfstandig opnemen.
  • Je hebt concrete ervaring met het opstellen en onderhandelen van softwarelicenties, SaaS-, cloud- en SLA-overeenkomsten.
  • Je begrijpt de samenhang tussen licentiemodellen, dienstverlening, aansprakelijkheid, intellectuele eigendom, privacy en gegevensbescherming.
  • Je hebt juridisch gewerkt binnen healthcare, healthtech, medtech of pharma. Dat kan bijvoorbeeld rond patiëntendata, medische software, digitale zorgplatformen, zorgverleners, zorginstellingen, RIZIV/INAMI of terugbetalingsmaterie zijn.
  • Je adviseert en onderhandelt professioneel in zowel Frans als Engels. Nederlands is een pluspunt.
  • Je vertaalt juridische risico's naar duidelijke, werkbare oplossingen en durft gemotiveerd tegengewicht te bieden wanneer dat nodig is.
  • Je voelt je comfortabel in een brede, hands-on rol waarin complexe onderhandelingen worden afgewisseld met kleinere contractreviews, routinevragen en administratieve juridische opvolging.
  • Je werkt vlot met moderne digitale tools en staat open voor een verantwoord gebruik van AI bij onder meer contractanalyse, vergelijking, research en redactie.
  • Een strikt aantal jaren ervaring stellen we niet voorop. We kijken vooral naar de inhoud van je eerdere dossiers, je zelfstandigheid en je praktische aansluiting bij de opdracht.
