Voor een toonaangevende retailorganisatie zoeken we een ervaren Interim Manager Logistiek. Je komt terecht in een distributieomgeving die voor een belangrijke optimalisatieslag staat op het vlak van structuur, planning, KPI-sturing en operationele efficiëntie. We zoeken iemand die niet alleen analyseert, maar vooral verbeteringen implementeert, teams coacht en duurzame resultaten neerzet.

Takenpakket:

  • Analyseren en optimaliseren van logistieke processen binnen het distributiecentrum
  • Verhogen van structuur, standaardisatie en operationele efficiëntie
  • Duidelijk definiëren van rollen, verantwoordelijkheden en werkwijzen
  • Implementeren van KPI-gestuurde opvolging en performantiemanagement
  • Verbeteren van planning, forecasting en capaciteitsbeheer
  • Verminderen van de afhankelijkheid van interimarbeid
  • Wegwerken van operationele bottlenecks
  • Versterken van de samenwerking tussen logistiek en business
  • Coachen van leidinggevenden en teams
  • Verankeren van duurzame verbeteringen binnen de organisatie
  • Ervaren logistieke professional met een stevige achtergrond binnen operationele logistieke omgevingen en grotere warehouseorganisaties.
  • Je hebt ervaring binnen retail, fashion, e-commerce of distributie en hebt eerder succesvolle transformatie- en verbetertrajecten begeleid.
  • Een grote troef is het hebben van ervaring met interim management of change management
  • Hands-on en zichtbaar aanwezig op de werkvloer.
  • Je combineert een sterke analytische kijk met een pragmatische aanpak en weet snel de juiste prioriteiten te leggen.
  • Coachende leiderschapsstijl, zo slaag je erin teams en leidinggevenden mee te nemen in verandering, zonder de focus op resultaten uit het oog te verliezen.
  • Daarnaast communiceer je duidelijk en consequent, durf je knopen door te hakken wanneer nodig en krijg je energie van omgevingen waar nog veel potentieel aanwezig is.
  • Je haalt voldoening uit het realiseren van duurzame verbeteringen en het maken van een zichtbare impact op korte termijn.
