Jobomschrijving

Als freelancer werk je als Logistiek Medewerker in Tielt voor onbepaalde duur. Je werkt 1 à 2 dagen per week in het logistiek team bij een groeiende KMO. Via Bright Plus Outsourcing Solutions behoud je je vrijheid, vind je snel nieuwe opdrachten en vereenvoudig je administratie. Solliciteer snel op deze opdracht!

Als Logistiek Medewerker bestaat jouw job uit:

  • Je verwerkt verkooporders en contracten correct in het ERP-systeem en volgt alles nauwkeurig op.
  • Je organiseert wereldwijde transporten en onderhandelt de beste tarieven met transporteurs en expediteurs.
  • Je stelt export- en transportdocumenten op en zorgt voor een vlotte administratieve afhandeling van dossiers.
  • Je maakt verkoopfacturen op en controleert aankoopfacturen voor een correcte verdere verwerking.
  • Je beheert mee de algemene mailbox en zorgt ervoor dat vragen en documenten tijdig worden opgevolgd.

Als freelancer wil je graag je huidige expertise verder verdiepen of delen met bedrijven.

Jouw achtergrond als freelancer houdt onder andere in dat:

  • Je hebt een bachelor- of masterdiploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands, Engels en Frans.
  • Programma’s zoals Microsoft Word, Excel en PowerPoint, kennen geen geheimen meer voor jou. Kennis van Adobe of ERP is een grote plus.
