The posting

In deze Freelance opdracht ga je als Logisitiek medewerker aan de slag bij onze klant regio Londerzeel. Dit is een voltijdse opdracht, waarbij je meteen kan starten voor 1 à 2 maanden met kans op verlenging. Kennis van SAP is een must.

Een greep uit jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Je zorgt voor een correcte verwerking van gegevens van geladen en geloste vrachtwagens, voornamelijk in SAP. Daarnaast beheer je het accijns-technische luik via Descartes
  • Je leert de administratie rond het opmaken en afsluiten van ompakorders, zodat je deze zelfstandig kunt uitvoeren en de ploeg hierbij efficiënt kan ondersteunen
  • Je houdt gerelateerde procedures up-to-date en stelt nieuwe procedures op wanneer nodig
  • Samen met het team ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse stocktellingen en nauwkeurige rapportering
  • Bij afwezigheid van de shiftleader neem jij het voortouw om de taken binnen de laadhal te coördineren en te verdelen onder collega's Je werkt nauw samen met collega's van de besteldienst, de exportafdeling en het logistieke team. Daarbij rapporteer je rechtstreeks aan de Logistiek Manager.

Als Freelancer, wil je graag bijleren of je huidige expertise verder verdiepen en ben je op zoek naar uitdaging en afwisseling.

Jouw achtergrond houdt onder andere in dat:

  • Je hebt ervaring in een soortgelijke functie (affiniteit met logistieke processen)
  • Je vloeiend Nederlands en kan je mannetje staan in het Frans en het Engels
  • Je hebt een uitstekende kennis van SAP
