Bent u beschikbaar voor een tijdelijke finance-opdracht vanaf begin november?

Voor een ondernemende familiale groep in de regio Oostmalle zijn wij op zoek naar een Boekhouder ter vervanging van een zwangerschapsverlof. Het gaat om een project van ongeveer vier maanden, met opstart begin november, waarbij u de dagelijkse operationele boekhouding ondersteunt en de continuïteit van de finance-afdeling mee verzekert.

U komt terecht in een aangename werkomgeving met korte communicatielijnen, waar samenwerking en een pragmatische aanpak centraal staan. De organisatie werkt met Odoo en zoekt een ervaren professional die zich snel kan inwerken en onmiddellijk een meerwaarde biedt.

U ondersteunt de dagelijkse financiële werking en neemt voornamelijk operationele boekhoudkundige taken voor uw rekening.

Uw verantwoordelijkheden omvatten onder meer:

  • Verwerken van aankoopfacturen;
  • Verwerken van verkoopfacturen;
  • Verwerken van bankverrichtingen;
  • Voorbereiden en uitvoeren van betalingen;
  • Ondersteunen van de dagelijkse boekhouding;
  • Administratieve opvolging van financiële dossiers;
  • Werken binnen het ERP-systeem Odoo;
  • Algemene ondersteuning van het finance team.
  • U hebt ervaring binnen een operationele boekhoudkundige functie.
  • U bent zelfstandig, nauwkeurig en werkt gestructureerd.
  • U leert snel nieuwe systemen en processen aan.
  • Ervaring met Odoo is een mooie troef.
  • U bent beschikbaar voor een voltijds project van ongeveer vier maanden, met opstart begin november.
