The posting

Voor een van onze klanten regio Ieper, zijn wij op zoek naar een freelance Payroll medewerker. Het betreft een freelance opdracht met snelle opstart en een duurtijd van 6 maanden tot 1 jaar.

Het betreft een freelance opdracht op voltijdse basis. 4/5de tewerkstelling is tevens haalbaar.

Je zal instaan voor onderstaande taken:

  • Je zorgt voor een correcte en tijdige loonverwerking.
  • Je houdt personeelsdossiers up-to-date en zorgt voor een correcte administratieve opvolging.
  • Je ondersteunt bij de voorbereiding van rapporten en relevante HR-documenten.
  • Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor medewerkers met vragen rond loonadministratie.
  • Je verwerkt HR-administratie zoals contracten, verlofaanvragen en andere personeelsgerelateerde gegevens.
  • Je waakt erover dat alle payroll- en HR-processen in lijn zijn met de geldende wet- en regelgeving.

Jouw achtergrond als freelancer houdt onder andere in dat:

  • Je hebt een bachelor- of masterdiploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands,Frans en Engels.
  • Programma's zoals Microsoft Word, Excel kennen geen geheimen meer voor jou.

Soft skills waarmee jij jezelf identificeert zijn:

  • Je hebt oog voor detail en bent nauwkeurig ingesteld.
  • Je hebt zin voor verantwoordelijkheid en bent discreet.
