Jobomschrijving

Als freelance Procurement Specialist start je mid oktober in een tijdelijke, voltijdse opdracht van 6 maanden. Je gaat aan de slag als Procurement Specialist binnen een productieomgeving in Gent Zeehaven. In deze rol combineer je aankoopadministratie met analyse, leverancierscontacten en procesoptimalisatie.

  • Je beheert het aankoopproces van A tot Z: van prijsaanvragen en offertes tot het formuleren van aankoopvoorstellen.
  • Je analyseert leveranciers-, prijs- en marktgegevens en detecteert opportuniteiten om kosten te optimaliseren.
  • Je onderhoudt professionele relaties met leveranciers en durft commerciële gesprekken aan te gaan om de beste voorwaarden te bekomen.
  • Je kijkt kritisch naar bestaande processen, neemt initiatief en denkt actief mee over verbeteringen binnen aankoop.

Jouw achtergrond als freelancer houdt onder andere in dat:

  • Een vlotte kennis Nederlands, Engels en Frans, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk. Andere talen zijn een pluspunt.
  • Je hebt een mooie, relevante ervaring binnen aankoop.
  • Je bent digitaal vaardig, analytisch en werkt graag met systemen.
