Voor een vooruitstrevende industriële productieomgeving zijn we op zoek naar een ervaren Project Engineer Multi-Disciplinair. Je komt terecht in een sterk engineeringteam en neemt de leiding over investerings-, optimalisatie- en verbeteringsprojecten binnen een complexe operationele omgeving. Je begeleidt projecten van A tot Z en bent zowel technisch als operationeel nauw betrokken bij de uitvoering.

Functieomschrijving

  • Beheren van projecten gedurende de volledige projectcyclus, van Basic Engineering en Detail Engineering tot Commissioning
  • Verantwoordelijk voor het succesvol doorlopen van alle projectfases volgens de Stage-Gate methodologie
  • Voorbereiden en presenteren van projectdeliverables tijdens de verschillende Stage-Gate reviews
  • Coördineren en implementeren van technische verbeteringen binnen diverse productie-installaties
  • Actief betrokken zijn bij automatiserings- en optimalisatieprojecten
  • Organiseren en begeleiden van FAT's (Factory Acceptance Tests) en SAT's (Site Acceptance Tests)
  • Opstellen en beheren van technische documentatie en projectdossiers
  • Nauwe samenwerking met operations, maintenance, engineering en externe leveranciers
  • Initiëren en ondersteunen van Continuous Improvement (CI)-projecten gericht op efficiëntie, kwaliteit en betrouwbaarheid
  • Ervaring als Project Engineer binnen een industriële omgeving
  • Ervaring met het leiden van projecten volgens een Stage-Gate aanpak
  • Kennis van automatisering, productieprocessen en multidisciplinaire engineeringprojecten
  • Ervaring met investerings-, CAPEX- of verbeteringsprojecten binnen een operationele omgeving
  • Sterke organisatorische vaardigheden en ervaring met het beheren van meerdere projecten tegelijk
  • Communicatief sterk en in staat om verschillende stakeholders op één lijn te krijgen
  • Proactieve en oplossingsgerichte mindset
  • Sterke focus op veiligheid, kwaliteit en continue verbetering
