Wij zijn een dynamisch en sterk groeiend bedrijf gespecialiseerd in industriële dak- gevelrenovaties. Onze focus ligt op grote dakrenovatieprojecten die duurzame en kwalitatieve oplossingen bieden aan onze klanten. Onze specialiteit is het renoveren van (licht) hellende asbestdaken maar we hebben ook verschillende referenties met platte daken. Per jaar renoveren we gemiddeld 300 000m² daken en gevels en doen dit met een team van 45 mensen.

Jouw rol als Projectleider:

Als Projectleider ben jij de spilfiguur in de uitvoering van onze renovatieprojecten. Je leidt deze van A tot Z en bent verantwoordelijk voor een vlekkeloze planning, coördinatie en oplevering. Jouw werkterrein is gevarieerd, met projecten in zowel België als Frankrijk.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Het coördineren en aansturen van projecten voor industriële renovatieprojecten, vanaf offerte tot oplevering.
  • Planning en budgetbeheer: je bewaakt deadlines, middelen en kosten om een succesvolle uitvoering te garanderen.
  • Communicatie met klanten en stakeholders: je bent hun eerste aanspreekpunt en zorgt voor heldere afspraken.
  • Het aansturen van teams en het coördineren van onderaannemers op locatie.
  • Kwaliteits- en veiligheidscontroles uitvoeren op de werf.
  • Rapporteren over de voortgang aan het management.

Wat breng je mee?

  • Eerste werkervaring is een plus, bij voorkeur in de industriebouw of industriële projecten.
  • Technische kennis van industriedaken en gevels is een pluspunt.
  • Sterke organisatorische en communicatieve vaardigheden.
  • Een oplossingsgerichte mindset en een proactieve aanpak.
  • Ambitieus met focus op persoonlijke en professionele groei.
  • Talenkennis: Nederlands en Frans (of de bereidheid om je Frans te verbeteren).
  • Bereidheid om je te verplaatsen naar werven in België en Frankrijk.
