• Je ondersteunt binnen onze organisatie de uitwerking van uiteenlopende direct search procedures en selectie-aanvragen. • Je bouwt na verloop van tijd op een systematische en kwaliteitsvolle wijze een eigen klantenbestand uit in België. • Je handelt op een zelfstandige wijze de aanvragen van nieuwe opdrachtgevers van a tot z af.

1. Intakegesprekken bij de klant 2. Opmaken van de advertentie en functiebeschrijving 3. Opvolgen van binnenkomende kandidaturen 4. Zoeken in de databank, op jobsites en internet 5. Actief kandidaten contacteren 6. Interviewen van geschikte kandidaten 7. Opmaken van rapporten 8. Voorstellen van kandidaten bij de klant 9. Opvolgen van het interviewproces bij de klant 10. Afsluiten van de vacature.

• Je werkt mee aan de inhoudelijke uitbouw en optimalisatie van onze dienstverlening in het algemeen. • Je analyseert de markt en onderneemt doelgerichte acties. • Je werkt op een creatieve en ondernemende wijze mee aan de verdere ontwikkeling van Compusearch en haar huidig team.

Profiel • Je bent een gedreven persoon, bezit een uitgesproken mensgerichte oriëntatie en hebt voeling met ondernemerschap en het commerciële. • Je kritische ingesteldheid, analytische geest, creativiteit, communicatievaardigheid (mondeling & schriftelijk) en flexibiliteit zijn vanzelfsprekend. • Je schrikt er niet voor terug om op een actieve wijze de markt te benaderen. • Je spreekt Nederlands en Frans en Engels en kan overweg met de meest gangbare IT-tools
