Heb je je eerste professionele ervaring in recruitment opgedaan en wil je verder groeien in het vak? Als Freelance Recruitment Consultant bouw je stap voor stap een eigen kandidaten- en klantennetwerk uit in de provincie Antwerpen.

Je begeleidt kandidaten, leert recruitmentbehoeften scherpstellen en ontwikkelt ook de commerciële kant van een 360-graden recruitmentrol. Je werkt zelfstandig, maar krijgt een duidelijke onboarding, een vaste methodiek, rechtstreekse begeleiding en het NexSelect-platform als basis.

Actief zoeken en benaderen van geschikte kandidaten Kandidaten screenen, interviewen en zorgvuldig opvolgen Kandidaten professioneel en onderbouwd voorstellen aan werkgevers Meewerken aan vacature-intakes en recruitmentbehoeften vertalen naar een duidelijke zoekopdracht Stap voor stap nieuwe klantenrelaties opbouwen in de provincie Antwerpen Het volledige traject begeleiden van eerste contact tot interview, aanbod en plaatsing Activiteiten, afspraken en statussen correct registreren in NexSelect Werken volgens de NexSelect-methodiek, kwaliteitsafspraken en privacyregels

Werkrooster: glijdende uren.

Je hebt een eerste relevante professionele ervaring in recruitment, sourcing of talent acquisition. Een richtwaarde is 1 tot 3 jaar Je werkt graag met kandidaten en wilt ook je commerciële vaardigheden verder ontwikkelen Je neemt initiatief, communiceert professioneel en volgt afspraken nauwkeurig op Je werkt als zelfstandige of bent bereid een zelfstandige activiteit correct op te starten Je bent vertrouwd met digitale tools en registreert je werk consequent Je beheerst het Nederlands vlot op C1-niveau. Frans is een plus Een netwerk of goede kennis van de provincie Antwerpen is een troef
