Onze klant is een gespecialiseerde engineering- en productieorganisatie die complexe drukvaten en engineered equipment ontwerpt en produceert voor veeleisende industriële toepassingen.

Hun technologie wordt onder andere ingezet binnen de petrochemische sector, mijnbouw en zware industrie, waar installaties moeten functioneren onder hoge druk, hoge temperaturen en corrosieve omstandigheden.

Jobomschrijving

Als Freelance Sales Manager (Hunting):

  • Een nieuwe sales pipeline opbouwen en ontwikkelen ;
  • Actief nieuwe EPC's, industriële klanten en prospects identificeren ;
  • Prospecteren via directe sales, networking en marktontwikkeling ;
  • Bestaande en slapende klanten opnieuw activeren ;
  • Offertes actief opvolgen en de conversieratio naar orders verbeteren ;
  • Bestaande pricing en commerciële aanpak challengen ;
  • Nieuwe markten, klanten en opportuniteiten identificeren ;
  • Samenwerken met Engineering en Management om opportuniteiten te converteren ;
  • Sales pipeline, conversie en commerciële resultaten rapporteren ;

Als Freelance Sales Manager heb je het volgende profiel:

  • Aantoonbare ervaring als Senior Sales Manager / Business Development Manager / Sales Hunter ;
  • Ervaring met grote CAPEX-projecten en industriële equipment ;
  • Ervaring met EPC's en technische decision-makers ;
  • Zeer proactieve, ondernemende en resultaatgerichte hunter-mentaliteit ;
  • Bereid om pricing en bestaande commerciële strategieën te challengen ;
  • Technische / engineering achtergrond is een sterke plus
  • Vlotte kennis van Nederlands; andere Europese talen zijn een plus
