Jobomschrijving

  • Je ondersteunt key-users en eindgebruikers bij vragen en uitdagingen binnen SAP en helpt hen problemen analyseren en oplossen.
  • Vanuit deze supportrol detecteer je terugkerende problemen en opportuniteiten tot verbetering. Je analyseert processen en denkt mee na over hoe SAP de werking nog efficiënter kan ondersteunen.
  • Je vertaalt deze inzichten naar concrete verbeterinitiatieven en begeleidt de implementatie ervan binnen SAP (S/4HANA)-omgeving.
  • Je neemt vervolgens projecten van A tot Z in handen: je brengt behoeften in kaart, organiseert interne besprekingen en werkgroepen, stemt af met stakeholders en bewaakt planning, voortgang en resultaat.
  • Je vormt hierbij de brug tussen business, gebruikers, interne IT en externe partners en zorgt voor een vlotte samenwerking.
  • Je bouwt kennis op binnen de organisatie via opleiding, begeleiding van key-users en het opstellen en actualiseren van documentatie.
  • Je maakt actief gebruik van AI-tools om efficiënter te debuggen, analyses te ondersteunen en sneller tot oplossingen te komen.
  • Je combineert een hogere opleiding met enkele jaren relevante ervaring binnen een SAP-omgeving.
  • Je hebt ervaring met of interesse in verschillende SAP-processen en modules. Ervaring met MM, PP en QM is een plus.
  • Ervaring binnen een productieomgeving en kennis van MRP, MES of gelijkaardige systemen zijn mooi meegenomen.
  • Je bent analytisch sterk en combineert dit met een pragmatische en hands-on aanpak.
  • Je houdt van de combinatie tussen projectwerk en operationele ondersteuning.
  • Je neemt initiatief en ziet opportuniteiten.
  • Je communiceert vlot en werkt graag samen met verschillende stakeholders.
  • Je bent stressbestendig, behoudt overzicht en schakelt vlot tussen verschillende prioriteiten.
  • Af en toe reizen naar het buitenland vormt voor jou geen probleem.
  • Je bent vlot in Nederlands en Engels.
