Jouw impact

Als Project Manager binnen ons Infrastructure team speel je een belangrijke rol in de verdere ontwikkeling van onze ICT security- en netwerkinfrastructuur.

Je leidt projecten die zorgen voor een betrouwbare, veilige en performante IT-omgeving. Hierdoor ondersteun je teams binnen de organisatie om efficiënter en veiliger te werken. Jouw expertise en leiderschap dragen rechtstreeks bij aan onze operationele efficiëntie, beveiliging en het algemene succes van de organisatie.

Role

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het beheer van verschillende ICT security-gerelateerde projecten:

  • Je brengt de vereisten en verwachtingen van stakeholders en klanten in kaart en beheert deze;
  • Je beheert en coördineert meerdere projecten tegelijkertijd;
  • Je werkt mee aan het verder uitbouwen en implementeren van de securityvisie;
  • Dankzij jouw sterke communicatieve vaardigheden fungeer je als technisch aanspreekpunt;
  • Je organiseert regelmatige stuurgroepen (steerco’s) en bewaakt hierbij:
  • de planning en voortgang;
  • het budget;
  • noodzakelijke beslissingen;
  • risico’s, problemen en mogelijke oplossingen;
  • de communicatie naar stakeholders.

Profile

  • Een bewezen agile mindset en ervaring met agile werkomgevingen;
  • Sterke stakeholdermanagementvaardigheden en het vermogen om klantbehoeften goed te begrijpen;
  • Het talent om complexe noden te vertalen naar concrete en haalbare actieplannen;
  • Uitstekende organisatorische vaardigheden waarmee je meerdere complexe projecten tegelijk vooruit helpt;
  • Een sterke affiniteit met IT-infrastructuur en een brede kennis van ICT security, identity management en aanverwante domeinen;
  • Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in zowel Nederlands als Engels (vloeiend in beide talen is sterk aanbevolen).
