The posting

Voor een internationale industriële organisatie zoeken we een ervaren Freelance Automatisatie / OT Engineer. Je werkt in een complexe technische omgeving waar betrouwbare automatisatie, veilige industriële netwerken en goed beheerde OT-systemen essentieel zijn.

De opdracht combineert de begeleiding van lopende projecten met het verbeteren van bestaande installaties. Je werkt nauw samen met leveranciers, hoofdcontractoren, onderhoudsdiensten en OT Compliance Engineers.

Functieomschrijving

  • Je coördineert leveranciers en hoofdcontractoren en bewaakt de vereisten rond ondersteuning, beheer, documentatie en beveiliging van OT-systemen.
  • Je volgt de plaatsing en indienstname van OT-systemen en industriële netwerkverbindingen op en zorgt dat afwijkingen worden aangepakt.
  • Je begeleidt risicoanalyses en bespreekt mogelijke maatregelen samen met leveranciers en OT Compliance Engineers.
  • Je bewaakt de volledigheid en bruikbaarheid van opleveringsdossiers voor onderhoud, beheer en lokale ondersteuning.
  • Je brengt structuur in complexe, historisch gegroeide OT-omgevingen en coördineert verbeteringen rond beheerbaarheid, documentatie en conformiteit.
  • Je beschikt over een masterdiploma in engineering en minstens 10 jaar relevante ervaring binnen automatisatie en OT-projecten.
  • Je hebt sterke technische kennis van automatisatiesystemen en industriële netwerken, met focus op Siemens, en kunt leveranciers en ondersteuning technisch beoordelen.
  • Je communiceert helder, werkt vlot samen met verschillende stakeholders en past je aanpak aan uiteenlopende situaties en bedrijfsculturen aan.
  • Je bent pragmatisch, empathisch, stressbestendig en resultaatgericht, met het vermogen om ook bij onvolledige informatie vooruitgang te boeken.
  • Je beheerst Nederlands en Engels zeer goed en bent bereid regelmatig naar het Verenigd Koninkrijk te reizen voor enkele dagen tot een week.
