Jij houdt van dynamiek en blijft scherp wanneer anderen slapen. Jouw nieuwe baan Als zzp SPV binnen de IHT / crisisdienst ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt bij acute psychiatrische crisissituaties buiten kantoortijden. Je beoordeelt, intervenieert en begeleidt cliënten intensief en kortdurend, met als doel: stabiliseren en zoveel mogelijk ambulant behandelen. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan uit: - Het uitvoeren van crisisbeoordelingen tijdens avond- en nachtdiensten. - Het inschatten van risico's en het opstellen van een passend crisis- en behandelplan. - Intensieve, kortdurende begeleiding van cliënten en hun systeem. - Nauwe samenwerking met psychiaters, artsen en andere ketenpartners. - Snel schakelen en zelfstandig besluiten nemen in complexe situaties. Je werkt ambulant, bezoekt cliënten thuis en stemt continu af met collega's in de crisisdienst. Geen dienst is hetzelfde en juist die afwisseling maakt dit werk zo boeiend. Jouw nieuwe werkplek Je werkt binnen een ervaren en stabiel IHT / crisisdienstteam in de regio Ede. De lijnen zijn kort, de samenwerking is hecht en de sfeer is professioneel en collegiaal. De behandeling richt zich zoveel mogelijk op ondersteuning thuis, zodat opname alleen wordt ingezet als het echt nodig is. De crisisdienst is volop in ontwikkeling. In de nabije toekomst worden de avond-, nacht- en weekenddiensten samengevoegd met een omliggende regio binnen een vernieuwd concept van een duurzame crisisdienst.
