Voor een logistiek team in Temse zijn we op zoek naa een gedreven Teamleader Logistiek. Ben jij een natuurlijke leider die energie haalt uit het coachen van medewerkers, het optimaliseren van processen en het behalen van operationele doelstellingen? Dan ben jij misschien de versterking die we zoeken.

Jouw uitdaging

Als Teamleader Logistiek ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse operationele aansturing van jouw afdeling. Je zorgt ervoor dat de werkzaamheden vlot verlopen, motiveert je team en bewaakt de kwaliteit, veiligheid en productiviteit.

  • Je zorgt voor een vlotte dagelijkse werking van de afdeling en bewaakt de voortgang van de operationele activiteiten.
  • De groei en ontwikkeling van je team staan centraal. Je begeleidt, coacht en motiveert medewerkers om het beste uit zichzelf te halen.
  • Verantwoordelijkheid nemen voor een efficiënte personeels- en werkplanning behoort tot jouw dagelijkse taken.
  • Kwaliteit, veiligheid en KPI's houd je continu in het oog en waar nodig stuur je bij.
  • Bij operationele knelpunten neem je initiatief om duurzame oplossingen uit te werken en te implementeren.
  • Als leidinggevende voer je functionerings- en evaluatiegesprekken en geef je constructieve feedback aan medewerkers.
  • Teamoverleggen verlopen onder jouw begeleiding gestructureerd en doelgericht.
  • Je waakt over de correcte toepassing van procedures, bedrijfsrichtlijnen en veiligheidsvoorschriften.
  • Een zichtbare aanwezigheid op de werkvloer is voor jou vanzelfsprekend. Je werkt actief mee en geeft het goede voorbeeld.
  • Continu verbeteren zit in jouw DNA. Je denkt mee na over efficiëntere processen en draagt verbeteringsvoorstellen aan.
  • Ervaring in een leidinggevende functie en aansturen van teams (bij voorkeur binnen logistiek, magazijnbeheer of operations)
  • Ervaring met operationele logistiek, distributie, picking of magazijnwerking
  • Sterke people management skills en organisatorisch talent en het vermogen om prioriteiten te stellen
  • Een analytische en probleemoplossende mindset
  • Een hands-on mentaliteit en de bereidheid om actief aanwezig te zijn op de werkvloer
  • Ervaring met personeelsplanning en werkverdeling
  • Kennis van KPI-opvolging en procesoptimalisatie
  • Een goede kennis van Excel en Outlook
  • Een vlotte kennis van het Nederlands (Kennis FR is een pluspunt)
