Jobomschrijving

Voor een internationale organisatie in een technische omgeving zoekt USG Professionals een freelancer die het Customer Care-team tijdelijk versterkt in West-Vlaanderen.

Je ondersteunt de dagelijkse serviceactiviteiten en zorgt voor een correcte opvolging van aanvragen, bestellingen, interventies en facturen.

Het gaat om een uitvoerende administratieve opdracht, fulltime en volledig op locatie, met opstart zo snel mogelijk.

Ervaring in een technische omgeving en praktische kennis van SAP of CRM zijn noodzakelijk!

TAKENPAKKET:

  • Mailbox, orders en offertes: inkomende mails, offerteaanvragen, bestellingen en bestelbonnen verwerken. Orders registreren in SAP en CRM, orderbevestigingen versturen en offertes voor wisselstukken opmaken. Hiervoor zoek je technische informatie op en vraag je prijzen aan bij leveranciers.
  • Transport en voorraad: zendingen van onderdelen en materiaal organiseren en opvolgen, leveringen en voorraadontvangsten registreren en de jaarlijkse stocktelling ondersteunen.
  • Facturatie: interventies, wisselstukken en onderhouds- en permanentiecontracten factureren. Aankoopfacturen verwerken en leveranciersfacturen controleren.
  • Serviceplanning, contracten en garantie: interventies administratief voorbereiden, werkbonnen voor techniekers aanmaken en de planning ondersteunen. Contracten, garantieaanvragen en retourzendingen opvolgen.
  • Gegevens en administratieve controles: klanten, leveranciers en artikelen registreren in SAP, klantgegevens en kredietlimieten controleren en e-detachering en de vereiste registraties voor interventies in Luxemburg opvolgen.
  • Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring met administratieve processen in een technische omgeving, met ervaring in orderbeheer, offertes, facturatie en klanten- en leveranciersadministratie.
  • Je hebt praktische kennis van SAP of een CRM-systeem en kunt zelfstandig gegevens verwerken en dossiers opvolgen. Je werkt ook vlot met Outlook, Teams, Excel, SharePoint en online klanten- en leveranciersplatformen.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Engels, mondeling en schriftelijk, en kunt technische informatie opzoeken en correct verwerken.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, stelt prioriteiten en volgt meerdere dossiers actief op. Je bent fulltime beschikbaar op locatie in West-Vlaanderen en kunt zo snel mogelijk starten.
