Freelance Technisch Trainer BMW Motorrad

Wat ga je doen als technisch trainer?

  • Met jouw technische expertise en enthousiasme ben je verantwoordelijk voor het opleiden en begeleiden van de medewerkers van de BMW Group Belux Motorrad Partners. De focus ligt hierbij op het bijbrengen van technische kennis en vaardigheden.
  • Je werkzaamheden variëren van het ontwikkelen van een trainingsconcept tot het daadwerkelijk leveren van de training en (waar nodig) bijschaven van de inhoud op basis van periodieke evaluaties.
  • Je geeft inhoudelijk mee vorm aan nieuwe en bestaande opleidingstrajecten, op basis van opleidingsbehoeftes en in samenspraak met de programmacoördinator, rekening houdend met de didactische voorschriften van de BMW Group.
  • Door het volgen van trainingen en cursussen verwerk je nieuwe ontwikkelingen waar nodig in de trainingen.
  • Naast het geven van trainingen zorg je voor de bestellingen van het juiste (didactische) materiaal en maak jij samen met je team de volledige planning op.
  • Je werkt in de BMW Group Training Centers in Bornem en Leuze (Eghezée) en staat open voor occasionele coaching opdrachten bij de BMW Motorrad verdelers.

Waarmee kan je ons team versterken?

  • Je hebt een (hogere) technische opleiding genoten en je hebt bij voorkeur al enkele jaren ervaring in een soortgelijke technical (auto-/motomotive) functie, met een sterke affiniteit voor motorfietsen.
  • Je bent een enthousiaste trainer die gedreven is in het opleiden, begeleiden en coachen van professionals.
  • Je bent een krak in het vertalen van de theorie naar de praktijk.
  • Je bent op de hoogte van de nieuwste ontwikkelingen op het vlak van motorfietstechnologie.
  • Je bent dé expert op het vlak van elektro-/mechanische motorfietssystemen.
  • Je hebt een prettige, open persoonlijkheid met een intrinsieke motivatie om mensen succesvol te maken in hun carrière en persoonlijke ontwikkeling.
  • Je communiceert vlot en gestructureerd.
  • Je bent perfect tweetalig of je voelt je minstens uiterst comfortabel om training te geven in het Nederlands en het Frans.
