The posting

Voor een internationale organisatie zoeken we een freelance Time & Attendance Specialist die de dagelijkse tijdregistratie en bijbehorende HR-administratie mee opvolgt.

Terwijl het bestaande team zich richt op de implementatie van een nieuw Time & Attendance-systeem, help jij de dagelijkse dienstverlening draaiende te houden. Je verwerkt en controleert gegevens, lost fouten op en beantwoordt vragen van medewerkers en managers. Daarnaast ondersteun je het projectteam bij het testen en valideren van het nieuwe systeem.

Locatie: Diegem Periode: 1 november 2026 tot en met 31 oktober 2027 Scope: België, Duitsland en Oostenrijk

Wat ga je doen?

  • Dagelijks tijdregistraties, prestaties en afwezigheden verwerken en controleren.
  • Ontbrekende of foutieve registraties onderzoeken en corrigeren, zodat de gegevens volledig en correct zijn.
  • HR- en tijdregistratiegegevens onderhouden en landspecifieke datacontroles uitvoeren.
  • De nodige payrollinputs voorbereiden volgens de payrollkalender en afgesproken deadlines.
  • Vragen van medewerkers en managers over tijdregistratie en afwezigheden beantwoorden.
  • Problemen die je niet zelf kunt oplossen gericht doorgeven aan IT of de verantwoordelijke van Time Services, met duidelijke informatie over het dossier.
  • Periodieke en ad-hocrapporten opmaken voor payroll en andere interne teams.
  • Afwijkingen, terugkerende fouten en verbetermogelijkheden signaleren.
  • Systeemaanpassingen en wijzigingsvragen verzamelen en afstemmen met IT en internationale ondersteuningsteams.
  • Het projectteam ondersteunen bij het bepalen van vereisten en het testen en valideren van de systeeminrichting.
  • Interne HR- en financiële controles ondersteunen en werken volgens de geldende regels rond privacy en gegevensbescherming.

Wie zoeken we?

  • Je hebt praktische ervaring met Time & Attendance, payrollvoorbereiding of HR-administratie met een belangrijk tijdregistratieluik.
  • Je hebt zelf prestaties, afwezigheden en overuren verwerkt en gecontroleerd.
  • Je begrijpt hoe correcte tijdregistratie doorwerkt in de loonverwerking.
  • Je kunt fouten in gegevens onderzoeken, corrigeren en opvolgen tot ze opgelost zijn.
  • Je werkt vlot met HR- en tijdregistratiesystemen en kunt rapporten interpreteren.
  • Je bent nauwkeurig, werkt zelfstandig en bewaakt deadlines.
  • Je communiceert duidelijk met medewerkers, managers, payrollcollega's en IT.
  • Je houdt rekening met lokale regelgeving en weet wanneer je specialistische ondersteuning moet inschakelen.
  • Ervaring met systeemtesten, een T&A-implementatie of internationale HR-dienstverlening is een troef.
