Ben jij een verpleegkundige die houdt van afwisseling, klinische uitdagingen en het leveren van kwaliteitsvolle patiëntenzorg? Voor een tijdelijke opdracht op de dienst inwendige geneeskunde zijn wij op zoek naar een gemotiveerde verpleegkundige die op korte termijn beschikbaar is.

Het betreft een opdracht van drie maanden, met een snelle opstart binnen een gespecialiseerde ziekenhuisomgeving waar samenwerking, deskundigheid en patiëntgerichtheid centraal staan.

Als verpleegkundige op de dienst inwendige geneeskunde bied je professionele en patiëntgerichte zorg aan een diverse patiëntenpopulatie met uiteenlopende medische aandoeningen.

Je staat onder meer in voor:

  • Het uitvoeren van verpleegkundige zorgen volgens de geldende procedures en richtlijnen.
  • Het observeren, evalueren en rapporteren van de gezondheidstoestand van patiënten.
  • Het uitvoeren van verpleegtechnische handelingen en medische behandelingen.
  • Het begeleiden, informeren en ondersteunen van patiënten en hun familie.
  • Het samenwerken met artsen en andere zorgverleners binnen een multidisciplinair team.
  • Het bijdragen aan een veilige en kwaliteitsvolle zorgverlening.
  • Het correct registreren van observaties en uitgevoerde zorgen in het elektronisch patiëntendossier.

Wij zoeken een verpleegkundige die:

  • Beschikt over een diploma bachelor verpleegkunde of gegradueerde verpleegkunde.
  • In het bezit is van een geldig visum als verpleegkundige.
  • Interesse heeft in de diverse zorgdomeinen binnen de inwendige geneeskunde.
  • Klinisch sterk is en oog heeft voor detail.
  • Patiëntgericht, empathisch en communicatief vaardig is.
  • Zelfstandig kan werken, maar ook sterk functioneert binnen een team.
  • Flexibel en stressbestendig is.
  • Ervaring binnen een ziekenhuisomgeving vormt een meerwaarde.
