Ben jij een verpleegkundige met een warm hart voor kinderen en jongeren? Heb je ervaring binnen de pediatrie of beschik je over een bijzondere beroepsbekwaamheid (BBT) Pediatrie? Voor een ziekenhuis in de regio Antwerpen zijn we op zoek naar een freelance projectverpleegkundige die het pediatrisch team tijdelijk komt versterken. Het project start op 1 november en loopt gedurende 3 maanden, met een tewerkstellingsbreuk van minstens 80%.

Als projectverpleegkundige op de afdeling pediatrie ben je verantwoordelijk voor de professionele begeleiding en verzorging van gehospitaliseerde kinderen en jongeren. Je werkt nauw samen met artsen, collega's en ouders om kwalitatieve, veilige en warme zorg te bieden.

Je staat onder andere in voor:

  • Verpleegkundige observatie, verzorging en opvolging van pediatrische patiënten.
  • Uitvoeren van technische verpleegkundige handelingen volgens de geldende procedures.
  • Toedienen en opvolgen van medicatie en behandelingen.
  • Begeleiden en informeren van ouders en familieleden.
  • Correcte rapportage en multidisciplinaire samenwerking.
  • Bijdragen aan een kindvriendelijke en veilige zorgomgeving.
  • Bachelor Verpleegkunde of Gegradueerde/HBO5 Verpleegkunde.
  • Minstens 80% beschikbaar gedurende de volledige projectperiode.
  • Ervaring binnen pediatrie is een sterke troef.
  • Beschikken over een BBT Pediatrie is een belangrijke meerwaarde.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en werkt graag samen binnen een multidisciplinair team.
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken en past je vlot aan binnen een nieuwe werkomgeving.
  • Je beschikt over een professionele en patiëntgerichte houding.
