The posting

Je huidige project loopt goed. Maar wat daarna?

Als freelance verpleegkundige wil je liefst niet pas beginnen zoeken wanneer je laatste werkdag al in zicht komt. Daarom leren we je bij X-Care liever kennen vóór er dringend iets nodig is.

In Oost-Vlaanderen krijgen we regelmatig tijdelijke en langdurige projecten binnen bij ziekenhuizen, woonzorgcentra en andere zorgorganisaties. Soms zoeken ze iemand voor enkele maanden, soms voor een langere periode. De ene keer gaat het om een voltijdse opdracht, de andere keer is er ruimte voor een beperkter werkregime.

En precies daarom willen we eerst weten wat jíj zoekt.

Misschien voel jij je helemaal thuis op geriatrie of heelkunde. Misschien heb je jaren ervaring binnen Spoed, IZ, psychiatrie of mobiele equipe. Of misschien zoek je net eens een andere zorgsetting dan degene waarin je vandaag werkt.

We kijken onder andere naar projecten binnen:

  • ziekenhuisafdelingen zoals geriatrie, interne, heelkunde, neurologie en mobiele equipe;
  • Spoed en Intensieve Zorgen;
  • psychiatrie en geestelijke gezondheidszorg;
  • revalidatie;
  • woonzorgcentra;
  • thuisverpleging;
  • andere gespecialiseerde zorgomgevingen.

Je hoeft dus niet in één bepaald vakje te passen.

Wat we vooral graag van jou weten, is waar jij energie van krijgt. Welke regio is haalbaar? Hoeveel wil je werken? Welke shiften passen bij je leven? Welke afdelingen liggen je goed? En vooral: wanneer komt er ruimte voor iets nieuws?

Nog volop aan het werk? Geen probleem.

Ook als je huidige project pas over enkele maanden afloopt, leren we je graag nu al kennen. Zo weten wij waarnaar we voor jou moeten uitkijken en hoef jij niet telkens opnieuw van nul te beginnen wanneer een opdracht stopt.

  • Je kan zelfstandig werken en neemt verantwoordelijkheid op binnen je opdracht.
  • Je communiceert vlot met patiënten, bewoners, collega’s en andere zorgprofessionals.
  • Je bent flexibel en vindt vlot je weg binnen een nieuwe organisatie of team.
  • Je spreekt en begrijpt voldoende Nederlands om veilig en professioneel te kunnen werken.
  • Je kan je verplaatsen naar opdrachten binnen jouw afgesproken regio in Oost-Vlaanderen.
  • Ervaring binnen een ziekenhuis, woonzorgcentrum, thuisverpleging of een andere zorgsetting is een pluspunt.

Je hoeft niet op iedere afdeling ervaring te hebben. We kijken vooral naar waar jouw sterktes liggen en zoeken projecten die daarbij aansluiten.
