Voor een gerenommeerde klasse 8-aannemer binnen de bouwsector zijn we op zoek naar een freelance Werfleider voor een industrieel project in regio Terneuzen, Nederland.

Onze klant realiseert complexe bouwprojecten waarbij kwaliteit, veiligheid en een efficiënte werforganisatie centraal staan. Voor dit project zoeken we een ervaren werfleider die gedurende ongeveer 6 maanden mee instaat voor de dagelijkse opvolging en coördinatie van de werkzaamheden.

Wat houdt jouw takenpakket in?

Als Werfleider ben je verantwoordelijk voor de praktische opvolging van de werkzaamheden op de werf. Je zorgt ervoor dat de verschillende aannemers en disciplines goed op elkaar worden afgestemd.

Jouw takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit:

  • Opvolgen van riolerings- en grondwerken
  • Coördineren van de installatie van poorten en deuren
  • Opvolgen van technische installaties
  • Aansturen en coördineren van onderaannemers
  • Bewaken van de planning en voortgang van de werken
  • Toezien op kwaliteit en veiligheid op de werf
  • Dagelijks opvolgen van de werkzaamheden en bijsturen waar nodig
  • Rapporteren over de voortgang en eventuele knelpunten

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • Je hebt relevante ervaring als Werfleider, Site Supervisor of vergelijkbare functie
  • Je beschikt over een sterke technische basis binnen de bouwsector
  • Ervaring met grondwerken, riolering en technische installaties is een sterke troef
  • Je kan zelfstandig een werf opvolgen en verschillende partijen coördineren
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en neemt verantwoordelijkheid
  • Je werkt gestructureerd en houdt het overzicht, ook wanneer verschillende disciplines gelijktijdig actief zijn
  • Je bent idealiter beschikbaar vanaf eind september 2026
  • Je bent als freelancer beschikbaar voor de volledige projectduur
