De Helpende Hand Freelance / ZZP Uitvaartverzorger (Regio Zaanstreek) Ben jij een zelfstandige en ervaren uitvaartverzorger die met rust, empathie en organisatietalent families begeleidt in een emotionele periode? Voor onze nieuwe opdrachtgever in de regio Purmerend, Edam/Volendam en de omliggende gemeenten in Waterland zijn wij op zoek naar een betrokken ZZP Uitvaartverzorger om het vaste team op oproepbasis te versterken. Functie eisen Solliciteren Als uitvaartverzorger: Als freelance uitvaartverzorger ben jij hét gezicht en het vaste aanspreekpunt voor de nabestaanden vanaf het moment van overlijden tot en met de dag van de uitvaart. Je werkt in een hecht team, maar opereert volledig zelfstandig bij het uitvoeren van de uitvaarten. Je kent de regio Purmerend, Edam/Volendam en Waterland goed. Je weet de lokale tradities, de specifieke gewoonten van de dorpen en de diverse locaties in dit unieke gebied feilloos te benutten om elk afscheid persoonlijk en betekenisvol te maken. Je werkt met "de pet van een ander op". Door kennis te maken met de opdrachtgever worden er verwachtingen naar elkaar uitgesproken zodat het samenwerken op één lijn ligt. Jouw taken en verantwoordelijkheden: - Begeleidenen adviseren van nabestaanden bij het vormgeven en organiseren van de uitvaart. - Coördinerenen plannen van alle praktische zaken (locaties, drukwerk, vervoer, catering). - Rust en overzicht bewaren op momenten dat de emoties bij families hoog oplopen. - Transparant communiceren over de mogelijkheden en de bijbehorende kosten. - Samenwerken met interne en externe partners (verzorging, dragers en lokale begraafplaatsen/crematoria) voor een vlekkeloze uitvoering. Om in aanmerking te komen, beschik je over: Ruime ervaring: Je hebt aantoonbare, zelfstandige ervaring als uitvaartverzorger.
