FRMWRK E-commerce Strateeg Hybride, Rotterdam Parttime Freelancer Solliciteren op deze functie De opdracht Voor een aantal concrete e-commerce projecten zijn we op zoek naar een ervaren freelance E-commerce Strateeg die de strategische koers voor onze klanten kan uitzetten. Je vertaalt de commerciële doelstellingen van onze klanten naar een onderbouwde e-commerce groeistrategie. Je bepaalt waar de belangrijkste groeikansen liggen, welke keuzes gemaakt moeten worden en wat er nodig is om de doelstellingen te realiseren. Voor het opstellen van de strategie haal je actief input op bij de verschillende specialisten binnen FRMWRK. Online marketing levert onder andere de performance-analyse en development waar nodig een technische analyse. Jij beoordeelt deze input, brengt de verschillende inzichten samen en bepaalt op basis daarvan de strategische koers. Je ontwikkelt de strategie volgens het FRMWRK-model. Daarbij werk je volgens onze methodiek en structuur, zodat de strategie niet alleen inhoudelijk sterk is, maar ook naadloos aansluit op de manier waarop onze specialisten deze verder kunnen uitvoeren. De focus ligt nadrukkelijk op strategie en advies, niet op de operationele uitvoering. De uitvoering van de roadmap ligt bij de specialisten binnen FRMWRK. Wel zorg jij ervoor dat de strategie voldoende concreet is uitgewerkt, zodat voor de betrokken specialisten duidelijk is wat er moet gebeuren. Samengevat bestaan jouw werkzaamheden uit: - Analyseren van e-commerce prestaties, klantgedrag en marktontwikkelingen; - Ontwikkelen en uitwerken van e-commerce groeistrategieën; - Adviseren over onder andere funnels , kanaalbijdragen, marges, klantgedrag en commerciële kansen; - Samenbrengen van analyses en expertise vanuit verschillende disciplines tot één integrale e-commerce strategie ; - Uitwerken van de strategie in een strategiedocument met een concrete roadmap ; - Vertalen van de strategie naar concrete acties voor onze s...
