The posting

Als Maintenance Preparation & SAP Support Officer ben je de administratieve en organisatorische spil tussen Operations en Maintenance. Je zorgt voor de digitalisering, structurering en optimalisatie van onderhoudstaken in SAP-PM met het oog op de komende stilstandsperiode. Je brengt standaard onderhoudsactiviteiten in kaart, actualiseert taakplannen en stemt normtijden af op de werkelijkheid. Daarnaast zorg je ervoor dat taken helder en gestandaardiseerd worden gedocumenteerd ter bevordering van het mobiele werkorderproces.

Kernverantwoordelijkheden & Taken

  • Herschrijven en aanpassen van bestaande taakplannen en instructies in SAP-PM, zodat deze direct toepasbaar en leesbaar zijn binnen de mobiele applicatie voor techniekers en operators.
  • Aanpassen van geplande doorlooptijden en ureninschattingen in SAP op basis van recent verzamelde werkelijke tijdsbestedingen.
  • Borgen van standaarden in taakplannen (o.a. systematisch opnemen van bouten vernieuwen, dichtingen vervangen, inspectiepunten…).
  • Proactief samenzitten met procesverantwoordelijken en area owners om onderhoudsactiviteiten die nog niet gedocumenteerd zijn, gestructureerd in kaart te brengen.
  • Signaleren van opvallende deviaties tussen theorie en praktijk en input aanleveren voor verdere lean deep-dives binnen het Lean-programma.
  • Planmatig en gestructureerd voorbereiden van de onderhoudswerkzaamheden voor de eerste maanden van de stilstandsperiode (januari, februari, maart) volgens een Turn-Around
  • Zorgen dat werkorders volledig gedocumenteerd klaarstaan qua stappen, benodigde uren en standaardcomponenten.
  • Beheer en opvolging van spare parts en magazijnkoppelingen binnen SAP.
  • Opvolging en beheer van de database voor het smeerprogramma, inclusief validatie en borging van bijhorende certificaten.

Profiel

  • Minimaal A2/Bachelor in een technische richting (Elektromechanica, Mechanica of Onderhoudstechnologie) of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Oog voor data-integriteit en detail, met het vermogen om strikte mijlpalen (deadlines richting stilstandsperiode) te bewaken.
  • Minstens 2 à 3 jaar ervaring in een industriële productieomgeving binnen onderhoudsadministratie, werkvoorbereiding of maintenance planning.
  • Aantoonbare, grondige kennis van SAP-PM, specifiek omtrent de inrichting van preventief onderhoud, taaklijsten, werkorders en data-onderhoud.
  • Voldoende algemene mechanische achtergrond om standaard industriële onderhoudswerken (afdichtingen, industriële reiniging, boutverbindingen) inhoudelijk te begrijpen en correct te beschrijven.
