The posting

Als Freight Forwarder Airfreight Export ben jij het belangrijkste aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten binnen de healthcare-sector. Je zorgt voor een vlotte communicatie en een uitstekende dienstverlening rond hun luchtvrachtzendingen, zowel import als export.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Coördineren van luchtvrachtzendingen (import en export) binnen de healthcare-sector en het geven van instructies aan de booking- en douaneteams.
  • Behandelen van klantvragen en het professioneel opvolgen van escalaties, waarbij je indien nodig de Team Lead betrekt.
  • Dagelijks communiceren binnen het DSV-netwerk over healthcare luchtvrachtzendingen en relevante updates.
  • Toezien op de naleving van DSV-richtlijnen met betrekking tot security, embargo-landen, luchtvaartmaatschappijen en goederenstromen.
  • Toepassen van de GDP-richtlijnen (Good Distribution Practice) en werken volgens de Customer Standard Operating Procedures (CSOP's) van healthcare-klanten.
  • Beheren van documentatie, inclusief het uploaden van documenten en het verzorgen van communicatie na de vlucht.
  • Zorgen voor naleving van ISO 9001- en ISO 14001-normen, de DSV Code of Conduct en de geldende veiligheidsvoorschriften.

Ben jij de perfecte match?

  • Een eerste ervaring als Freight Forwarder Airfreight is een plus, bij voorkeur binnen de healthcare-sector, of je hebt recent een bachelordiploma behaald in Supply Chain Management of een gelijkaardige richting.
  • Kennis van healthcare-procedures, kwaliteitsmanagementsystemen (QMS) en de healthcare service levels binnen CargoWise.
  • Een goede beheersing van van het Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, bent klantgericht en weet prioriteiten te stellen in een dynamische omgeving.
