Deine Tätigkeiten * Du übernimmst die komplette Abwicklung von Seefracht--Sendungen * Du erfasst und bearbeitest Aufträge in CargoWise (CW1) * Du bist für die Überwachung, Koordination und Abrechnung deiner Containertransporte verantwortlich * Du betreust Kund:innen telefonisch und stehst als Ansprechperson zur Verfügung * Du kommunizierst mit unserem nationalen und internationalen DSV-Netzwerk * Du unterstützt aktiv in der Kundenbetreuung und übernimmst die Bearbeitung von Reklamationen

Dein Profil * Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung z. B. als Kaufmann für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation * Du bringst fundierte Erfahrung in der operativen Seefrachtabwicklung mit * Du bist sicher im Umgang mit MS Office * Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift * Du überzeugst durch Kommunikationsstärke, sicheres Auftreten sowie eine hohe Service- und Kundenorientierung * Du arbeitest strukturiert, bleibst auch in stressigen Situationen belastbar und handelst eigenständig sowie im Team

Die Vergütung erfolgt auf Basis des Kollektivvertrags für Angestellte Gehaltstabelle Spedition & Logistik 2026 Österreichs, gültige Fassung, mit Überzahlung auf Grundlage von Berufserfahrung und Qualifikation. Das Mindestentgelt beträgt für die Stelle 3.000 EUR brutto pro Monat bei einer Vollzeitbeschäftigung.
