Jij krijgt het voor elkaar

Je streeft ernaar om de beschikbare middelen (chauffeurs, vrachtwagens en capaciteit) zo efficiënt mogelijk in te zetten. Hierbij houd je rekening met prioriteiten en beperkingen, zodat zowel de klant als DSV tevreden is.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Verzamelen van gegevens met betrekking tot transportopdrachten;
  • Invoeren van transportopdrachten in het interne systeem;
  • Opstellen en beheren van de transportplanning;
  • Uitbesteden van transportopdrachten aan onderaannemers;
  • Bevestigen van opdrachten aan klanten;
  • Toewijzen van transportopdrachten aan chauffeurs op basis van prioriteiten en beschikbare middelen;
  • Opvolgen van opdrachten, zowel tijdens als na de uitvoering;
  • Opstellen en verwerken van de nodige documenten voor een vlotte uitvoering van de planning.

Jouw profiel

  • Minimaal een eerste ervaring binnen Freight Forwarding in wegtransport;
  • Vlotte mondelinge en schriftelijke kennis van het Nederlands en Engels;
  • Kennis van operationele processen en een Transport Management System (TMS).
