Achter iedere container zit een logistieke uitdaging die vraagt om overzicht, daadkracht en vakmanschap. Als Freight Forwarder Sea & Air bij HST Groep ben jij degene die ervoor zorgt dat internationale transporten van A tot Z soepel verlopen. Je onderhoudt contact met klanten, rederijen, vervoerders en internationale partners en bewaakt het volledige logistieke proces. Dankzij jouw ervaring weet je precies wat er nodig is om zendingen op tijd en volgens afspraak op de juiste bestemming te krijgen. Jij als Freight Forwarder Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het zelfstandig organiseren en begeleiden van internationale zeevrachtzendingen. Daarbij houd je continu overzicht over meerdere dossiers tegelijkertijd en schakel je snel wanneer omstandigheden veranderen. Geen dag is hetzelfde. Jij bent een belangrijke schakel tussen klant, vervoerder en collega's en weet hoe je verwachtingen omzet in concrete resultaten. Wat ga je doen? - Je organiseert en coördineert exportzendingen van A tot Z. - Je onderhoudt dagelijks contact met klanten, rederijen, vervoerders, agenten en internationale partners. - Je boekt zeevracht- en eventueel aansluitende wegtransporten. - Je verzorgt en controleert alle transport- en douanedocumentatie in samenwerking met onze douaneafdeling. - Je bewaakt de voortgang van zendingen en communiceert proactief over afwijkingen of vertragingen. - Je stelt offertes op en volgt commerciële aanvragen op. - Je signaleert kansen bij klanten en draagt bij aan het verder uitbouwen van relaties. - Je registreert, factureert, controleert en a...
