Als Freight Forwarder Key Account coördineer je internationale zeevrachtzendingen van A tot Z voor een strategische klant. Je bent het centrale aanspreekpunt en zorgt ervoor dat elke zending vlot, tijdig en volgens afspraak verloopt.

In deze dynamische logistieke omgeving werk je nauw samen met interne teams, externe partners en klanten. Tegelijk bouw je sterke relaties op en garandeer je een hoog serviceniveau.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Je beheert transportopdrachten in het systeem en zorgt voor een correcte en tijdige verwerking van alle zendingen.
  • Je coördineert internationale zeevrachtzendingen en stemt af met interne teams, rederijen en douanepartners om aan de verwachtingen van de klant te voldoen.
  • Je stelt transport- en douanedocumentatie op, controleert en valideert deze volgens de geldende wetgeving en interne richtlijnen.
  • Je volgt de voortgang van zendingen op en biedt proactief oplossingen om levertermijnen en serviceniveaus te waarborgen.
  • Je treedt op als belangrijk aanspreekpunt voor klanten door hen op de hoogte te houden en duurzame relaties op te bouwen.
  • Je zorgt voor een correcte registratie van gegevens in systemen zoals WMS, TMS en SAP om operationele excellentie te ondersteunen.
  • Je zoekt continu naar verbeteringen in processen en klantenservice binnen de supply chain.

Jouw profiel

  • Ervaring binnen Freight Forwarding, bij voorkeur in zeevracht (Seafreight);
  • Vlotte communicatie in het Engels. Kennis van het Nederlands is een sterke troef;
  • Nauwkeurig kunnen werken en deadlines respecteren in een dynamische omgeving;
  • Een proactieve, klantgerichte en oplossingsgerichte ingesteldheid;
  • Leergierig en gemotiveerd om verder te groeien binnen een internationale logistieke omgeving.
