To strengthen our team in Rotterdam, we are looking for Freight Forwarding Clerks (m/f/d) – Sea Freight Export and Import (LCL / FCL) in a full-time, permanent position with flexible working hours, starting as soon as possible.

Your tasks and responsibilities

- Independent order processing in the area of sea freight export and sea freight import - Autonomous customer support and development in collaboration with supervisors - Correspondence with our international customers and logistics partners via phone and email - Scheduling, customs clearance, documentation and invoicing

Your profile

- Experience as a Freight Forwarding Clerk in the field of freight forwarding, logistics and sea freight - Knowledge of customs regulations and customs clearance is desirable - Proficient in industry-standard software and MS Office - Good Dutch and English skills, both written and spoken
