Wir sind ein kleiner Salon mit persönlicher Atmosphäre. Unser Fokus liegt auf der Qualität unserer Arbeit, nicht auf der Menge an Kund/innen die wir täglich bedienen. Wir nehmen uns Zeit für individuelle Beratung und präzises Arbeiten. Unser Ziel ist es, Professionalität und Wohlfühlatmosphäre miteinander zu verbinden und unseren Kund/innen eine entspannte Auszeit vom Alltag zu bieten. Wir arbeiten nur auf Termin und können somit unseren Tagesablauf gut planen. Wir arbeiten mit qualitativ hochwertigen Produkten wie zum Beispiel Schwarzkopf Professional, Great Lengths, Andmetics und Alcina Make-Up.

Deine Aufgaben sind:

* Damen- und Herrenhaarschnitte

* Farb- und Stylingservices (keine Dauerwellen)

* Persönliche Beratung unserer Kund/innen

* Eigenverantwortliches und sorgfältiges Arbeiten

Das bringst du mit:

* eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur Stylistin mit bestandener LAP

* selbständiges Arbeiten und Beraten an Kund/innen

* Sinn für Ästhetik und Qualität

* Leidenschaft an neuen Trends und Produkten

* Freude am Umgang mit Menschen und eine positive Ausstrahlung

* Teamgeist und Zuverlässigkeit

* Deutsch in Wort und Schrift

Der kollektivvertragliche Bruttomonatslohn für Stylisten im ersten Berufsjahr bei 40h Wochenarbeitszeit (Vollzeit) entspricht aktuell € 2.071,00. Bei entsprechender Qualifikation besteht die Bereitschaft zur Überbezahlung. Das Mindestentgelt für die Stelle als Friseur/in beträgt 2.071,00 EUR brutto pro Monat auf Basis Vollzeitbeschäftigung.
