The posting

In deze functie ben je de ambassadeur van onze garage en sta je in voor een optimale klantenbeleving. Je ontzorgt de klant door het aanbieden van een service op maat bij het onderhoud en herstellen van de (bedrijfs-)wagen.

Je bent graag met meerdere zaken tegelijkertijd bezig. Zo bestaat je takenpakket uit het onthaal van klanten in de garage, telefonisch contact of per mail met klanten, afspraken inplannen, technisch advies verschaffen, werkorders voorbereiden, opmaak planning van de werkplaats en facturatie.

Op basis van je technische expertise, weet je als geen ander de klantenvraag te vertalen naar een werkorder voor de technieker en kan je een inschatting maken van de werktijden. Kortom, technische vragen ga je niet uit de weg.

Naast een organisatietalent, communiceer je doorheen het proces van onderhoud en herstelling regelmatig met je klant. Hiervoor bereid je je klantendossiers grondig voor en volgt ze met de regelmaat van de klok op.

Je kan zowel aan de slag in de vestiging te Wetteren als Dendermonde. Je werkt in een beurtrol. Je start ten vroegste om 7u30 en een eindigt je werkdag te laatste om 18u00. Mogelijkheid om een vrije halve dag in je tweewekelijkstooster op te nemen.

  • U dient te beschikken over een geldig rijbewijs.
  • Ervaring in de automobielsector en voldoende technische achtergrond zijn een vereiste.
