Om onze gasten altijd een warm welkom te bieden en hun verblijf soepel te laten verlopen, zijn wij op zoek naar een enthousiaste en servicegerichte Front Desk Agent om ons receptieteam te versterken, gedurende 32 uur per week! Wat ga je doen als Front Desk Agent? De Front Desk is het hart van ons hotel, de plek waar alles samenkomt. Hier ben jij de verbindende schakel tussen onze gasten en het hotel, maar ook met alle andere afdelingen. In deze rol bied jij een uitstekende service, van check-in tot check-out, en zorg je ervoor dat gasten zich welkom en gehoord voelen. Je belangrijkste taken zijn: - Warm welkom en afscheid : Jij bent het eerste en laatste aanspreekpunt voor onze gasten. Of het nu gaat om een hartelijk ontvangst bij de check-in of een vriendelijk afscheid bij de check-out. - Oplossen van vragen en klachten : Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor vragen en eventuele klachten en zorgt dat elke gast zich gehoord voelt. - Up-to-date blijven : Van speciale aanbiedingen tot hotelprocedures en faciliteiten - jij weet precies wat er speelt en helpt gasten de beste keuzes te maken. - Sales kansen benutten : Jij maximaliseert verkoopkansen door up-selling en cross-selling, en je weet gasten enthousiast te maken voor onze verschillende services en aanbiedingen.
