You are the hotel's calling card! With your service and hospitality, you have a huge impact on the guests' experience and satisfaction. Within your role as a Front Desk Agent, your responsibilities include the safety and experience of our hotel guests. The work includes: • Welcoming, checking in and checking out our hotel guests • Optimising the guest experience and ensuring they have an unforgettable time • Dealing with and resolving hotel guests' challenges and inconveniences • Various administrative duties • F&B work • Keeping guests informed of fun events in the area

Functie-eisen: Who are we looking for?
