Wir das AC Hotel Innsbruck (Teil der internationalen Hotelkette Marriott) hat seit Juli 2018 seine Türen geöffnet.

Das Hotel hat 194 Zimmer mit Panoramablick auf die Tiroler Alpen und liegt in Zentrumslage von Innsbruck. Zum Hotel gehören ein Restaurant, eine Bar Lounge, 4 Bankett- und Konferenzräume bis zu 350 Personen sowie ein Sauna- und Fitnessbereich.

Sie lieben es auf höchstes Niveau zu arbeiten und Sie sind erst zufrieden, wenn es auch Ihre Gäste sind, dann sind Sie bei uns genau richtig.

Wir suchen 1 Front Desk Agent(m/w/d) Vollzeit Dauerstelle ab dem ehest möglichen Zeitpunkt

Ihre Aufgaben:

* Zeitnahes effizientes und erfolgreiches Abwickeln von Gästeanfragen

* Effizientes Betreuen der Gäste an der Rezeption insbesondere beim Check-in bzw. Check-out und bei Anfragen der Gäste

* Sicherstellen, dass die Vorgesetzten der Front Office Manager und Front Office Supervisor über sämtliches relevantes Feedback der Gäste und/oder von anderen Abteilungen informiert werden

* Stets ein hohes Maß an Kundenorientierung aufweisen

* Teilnahme an entsprechenden Schulungen

* Im Hinblick auf die Ausführung der täglichen Aufgaben Nachweisen von Kenntnissen in Bezug auf Zimmerkategorien des Hotels, der Zimmerpreise, Angebote, Aktionsangebote, Arrangements und in Bezug auf Produkte im Allgemeinen

* Maximieren der Zimmerbelegung

* Einhaltung der Hotelsicherheits-, Brandschutz und Gesundheitsvorschriften

Ihr Profil:

* Entsprechende Ausbildung bzw. Berufserfahrung in einer kundenorientierten Branche

* Verantwortungsbewusstsein

* Engagement, Zuverlässigkeit und Teamfähigkeit

* Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit

* Perfekte Umgangsformen und gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild

* Positive Einstellung und gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit

* Hohes Engagement im Kundendienst

* Gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft- Word und Excel, bestenfalls Opera PMS Kenntnisse
