Als Front Desk Officer ben jij een belangrijk eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten en chauffeurs. Je staat midden in de dagelijkse werking en zorgt ervoor dat vragen, bestellingen en praktische zaken vlot worden opgevolgd.

Jouw taken bestaan onder andere uit:

  • Beantwoorden van telefoons en mails van klanten en chauffeurs
  • Ontvangen en verder helpen van chauffeurs
  • Luisteren naar vragen of problemen en bekijken wat je zelf kan oplossen
  • Doorsturen van vragen naar de juiste collega wanneer nodig
  • Uitlezen van scanners wanneer chauffeurs terugkomen
  • Verwerken en controleren van lijsten, ritten en leveringsgegevens
  • Ingeven van bestellingen die telefonisch binnenkomen
  • Zorgen voor een correcte administratieve opvolging

Veel bestellingen verlopen automatisch via digitale systemen. Je hoeft je dus niet te verwachten aan een zware administratieve ordermanagementfunctie. Communicatie, opvolging en overzicht bewaren staan centraal.

Voor deze functie kijken we niet alleen naar je cv of eerdere ervaring. Je persoonlijkheid en manier van werken zijn minstens even belangrijk.

We zoeken iemand die:

  • Vlot en graag communiceert met klanten, chauffeurs en collega's
  • Vriendelijk en professioneel blijft, ook wanneer iemand gehaast of ontevreden is
  • Snel kan schakelen tussen verschillende vragen en taken
  • Nauwkeurig werkt en het overzicht kan bewaren
  • Oplossingsgericht denkt en verantwoordelijkheid neemt
  • Begrijpt dat correcte gegevens belangrijk zijn voor een vlotte dagelijkse werking
  • Zich verstaanbaar kan maken in de talen die nodig zijn in het contact met klanten en chauffeurs

Je hoeft niet perfect Nederlands, Frans én Engels te spreken. Het belangrijkste is dat je klantvriendelijk communiceert en mensen vlot verder kan helpen.
