Wir suchen 1 Front Desk Mitarbeiter_in Der erste Eindruck zählt. Sie machen ihn besonders. Werden Sie ab sofort Teil unseres #teamgrün ab 25 Wochenstunden (inkl. mind. 1-2 ganzen Tagen).

Als erste Ansprechperson für Besucher:innen, Kund:innen und Mitarbeitende sorgen Sie dafür, dass sich Menschen bei Kellner & Kunz von Anfang an willkommen fühlen. Dabei verbinden Sie professionellen Empfangsservice mit organisatorischen Aufgaben und leisten einen wichtigen Beitrag zu einem reibungslosen Unternehmensalltag.

Ihre Mission:

* Sie betreuen unseren Empfang und die Telefonzentrale professionell, freundlich und serviceorientiert.

* Sie sind erste Ansprechperson für Besucher:innen, Kund:innen, Geschäftspartner und Mitarbeitende.

* Sie verwalten Zutrittssysteme und Mitarbeiterkarten und sorgen für eine verlässliche Administration.

* Sie unterstützen bei organisatorischen und administrativen Aufgaben im Umfeld des Facility Managements.

* Sie sorgen dafür, dass unser Unternehmen nach außen und innen professionell repräsentiert wird.

Das bringen Sie mit:

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung und einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Empfangs-, Assistenz- oder Servicebereich.

* Der Tätigkeit entsprechende Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens C1) sowie idealerweise Englischkenntnisse.

* Freundliches, gepflegtes und professionelles Auftreten. Freude am Umgang mit Menschen und ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung.

* Organisationsgeschick sowie eine strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise.

* Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse.
