Van Moer Logistics is een groeiende logistieke dienstverlener, actief in transport en distributie, opslag, binnenvaartactiviteiten en tankcontainerlogistiek. Ons doel is om de logistieke processen van onze klanten naadloos te ondersteunen en te optimaliseren. Om deze groei te ondersteunen zoeken we een Front Desk Officer.

Jouw rol

  • Als Front Desk Officer ben jij verantwoordelijk voor een breed scala aan taken.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat de chauffeurs snel en efficiënt worden geholpen aan het loket en voorziet hen van de juiste documenten.
  • Je beheert de telefoon en mailbox.
  • Je geeft instructies aan chauffeurs over waar ze moeten zijn op de locatie, en over de verschillende diensten.
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het ingeven van de orders en verdere administratie in onze computerprogramma's en helpt hiermee onze Customer Service afdeling.

Welk profiel zoeken we?

  • Probleemoplossend en analytisch denken.
  • Stressbestendigheid, vooral tijdens piekmomenten.
  • Een goede talenkennis, met goed Engels en Nederlands als vereiste. Andere talen zijn een pluspunt.
  • Admnistratieve ervaring, dit kan bijvoorbeeld ook door je opleiding. Logistieke ervaring is een plus.
  • Nauwkeurigheid en bereidheid om de computerprogramma's aan te leren.
  • Je werkt in daguren. Wat betekent dat je 4 dagen in de week werkt van 8-16u, en 1 dag in de week van 9-17u.
