Our 125 fully equipped serviced apartments offer guests the comfort and privacy of a home, combined with the convenience and personal service of a hotel. Thanks to our location near Amsterdam Zuid station, both Amsterdam city centre and Schiphol Airport are within easy reach.As our Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our international guests. From arrival to departure, you will ensure that every guest receives a warm, professional and personalised experience.Your responsibilities will include: • Welcoming guests and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. • Answering questions and providing information and personalised recommendations. • Handling reservations, emails and telephone enquiries. • Processing payments, invoices and guest accounts. • Responding to complaints and resolving unexpected situations professionally. • Maintaining accurate guest and reservation records in OPERA Cloud. • Communicating with colleagues, other departments and external partners. • Identifying commercial opportunities and contributing to guest satisfaction. • Maintaining the appearance, quality and safety of the reception and public areas.You will work closely with the Operations Supervisor, your Front Office colleagues and our interns.
